Key Responsibilities

  • •Support bids with technical input and ensure successful delivery after order award
  • •Complete “design-to-order” work including 3D modeling and production drawings and materials (layouts, sheet metal, busbar, assembly, BOM)
  • •Coordinate with project, operations, after-sales, and customers to diagnose and resolve technical issues in production or at customer site
  • •Continuously improve existing products by identifying cost-reduction opportunities without affecting quality
  • •Participate in new product development projects, including prototype design, sample tracking, internal testing, external design verification, and releasing technical documents

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of product design/development experience in the power distribution industry
  • •Familiarity with low-voltage switchgear and applicable GB national standards and IEC international standards
  • •Proficiency with product design tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, Solidworks, or Creo
  • •Proficiency with office tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; Power BI preferred
