Key Responsibilities

  • •Technical engineering design related to mining and metal processing.
  • •Prepare and review technical specifications, equipment lists, calculations, reports, design criteria, tender documentation, installation contract documents, and other documents.
  • •Ensure documents are prepared as required by the project in accordance with the project design criteria, statutory regulations, good-practice, and company procedural requirements.
  • •Ensure that the designs produced support the method of construction and ease of plant maintenance and operations.
  • •Ensure design engineering standards are maintained and adhered to on all projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Mechanical Engineering undergraduate (BSc) or graduate degree.
  • •Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada with the ability to register in the province of Saskatchewan.
  • •A minimum of 3-5 years focusing on mining projects.
  • •Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate effective organizational skills
  • •Desirable: knowledge of mining projects, materials handling, mechanical package experience, and fabrication
