Own the functional and solution architecture of Manufacturing PLM using PTC Windchill MPMLink, while acting as the lead business analyst for manufacturing processes. Deliver end‑to‑end MPMLink design (MBOM/EBOM, transformation rules, site views), define integration with ERP/MES, and guide configuration vs. customization for MPMLink, with 8–12+ years of PLM experience in manufacturing domains.

Key Responsibilities

•Own end‑to‑end MPMLink solution design, including MBOM architecture, EBOM→MBOM associativity and transformation rules, and plant/site‑specific manufacturing views
•Define functional requirements for manufacturing processes to be implemented
•Define OOTB vs configuration/customization strategy for MPMLink
•Drive defect triage and validation sign‑off for MPMLink deployments
•Conduct user training, demos, and adoption support for manufacturing users

Key Requirements

•Strong hands‑on experience with PTC Windchill MPMLink
•Deep understanding of MBOM, EBOM–MBOM transformation, Process Plans, Operations, and Resources
•Experience working with PDMLink + MPMLink
•Knowledge of Windchill data model and manufacturing objects, Change Management, ERP publishing from MPMLink
•Ability to define solution architecture while remaining hands‑on in functional analysis
