Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver monthly reporting, including building the monthly performance book, reviewing business performance, and tracking strategic projects and initiatives
  • •Provide financial and strategic support to senior management, including financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, working capital trend analysis, and ad hoc projects
  • •Support the annual budget and strategic plan reporting by partnering with function leads and analyzing and reviewing business data
  • •Enhance and develop tools to support better decision-making across the company using Oracle EPM and the data warehouse
  • •Conduct ad hoc business analysis and financial modeling to identify trends, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BA degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting
  • •0+ years of financial management and analytical experience, including financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
  • •Broad business acumen with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • •Excellent communication skills to present business information clearly to peers and executives
  • •Self-starter able to lead cross-functional initiatives; Oracle EPM planning preferred, with HFM or SAP experience an advantage
