Life Insurance New Business Case Manager

Manage an in-process caseload of life insurance applications from underwriting approval through issue and placement. Serve as the primary point of contact for case-related coordination with advisors, internal departments, and insurance carriers, and respond to case status requests. Proactively communicate via phone and email to resolve outstanding requirements and document all case activity accurately. Build carrier and regional office relationships, collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency, and meet quality and production standards while supporting DBS platforms.
