Key Responsibilities

•Ensure timely and accurate issuance of domestic and international invoices in compliance with Vietnamese billing and accounting regulations.
•Manage end-to-end invoicing processes for Vietnam-based customers, ensuring correctness and regulatory compliance.
•Regularly review customer balances and lead collections follow-ups (email, phone, visits).
•Report invoicing and collection issues to HQ Finance and work closely with relevant stakeholders to resolve them.
•Maintain regular customer reconciliations to ensure alignment on outstanding balances and payment status; support monthly and annual accounting closing activities and audits.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Management, or other related fields.
•Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role, ideally in a global, scaling tech company.
•Excellent command of English.
•Excellent command of Excel and/or Google Sheets.
•Solid knowledge of Vietnamese invoicing and accounting regulations; hands-on experience with domestic and cross-border billing in Vietnam.
