Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, chat, and email. Resolve a wide range of product and service issues while helping customers become self-sufficient. Partner with internal teams as a subject matter expert, diagnose customer-side technical problems, and escalate only when needed. Maintain quality and performance goals by using multiple systems and applications effectively.
