Key Responsibilities

•Own the full lifecycle of the banking capability, defining direction, prioritizing investments, and ensuring disciplined execution across a complex portfolio of initiatives
•Establish and maintain a multi-year roadmap spanning core banking journeys (account opening, lending, servicing, transaction processing) aligned to enterprise priorities
•Drive delivery from concept through launch and ongoing optimization while actively managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
•Collaborate with business, technology, operations, risk, and design partners to deliver solutions that improve client experience, operational efficiency, and scalability
•Connect related capabilities into cohesive, unified experiences across transaction and servicing flows, ensuring a seamless platform for clients and partners

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,400 - 233,600 annually
