•Benchmark leadership development practices across external companies and industries to identify trends and translate insights into recommendations.
•Design and advance enterprise leadership development curriculum aligned to business priorities, leadership competencies, and future talent needs.
•Apply instructional design methodologies to create scalable learning content across blended formats (virtual instructor-led, experiential, self-directed, coaching).
•Oversee global delivery of enterprise learning and leadership programs, including scheduling, communications, facilitator coordination, materials, evaluations, and regional execution support.
•Use people analytics to measure learning, engagement, and talent initiative impact and track leadership effectiveness for executive reporting.

•Demonstrate strong knowledge of external leadership development practices, including structuring, delivering, measuring, and benchmarking programs across leader levels.
