Job Summary

Own material fulfillment for aircraft engine production by maintaining optimal inventory levels across WIP and finished goods. Execute purchase orders and manage parts for new, subcontract, and exchanges to support assembly flow. Lead vendor management and supplier performance reviews, including cost negotiation and cost reduction projects. Monitor parts usage trends and shortages (ROP/ROL), reconcile invoice discrepancies, and participate in continuous improvement events such as Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure material fulfillment for engine production and keep inventory at optimal levels by managing WIP, finished goods, and inventory turns.
•Issue purchase orders and manage parts for new, subcontract, and exchanges to support linear material flow for engine assembly.
•Manage local and/or overseas vendors to ensure parts availability, cost effectiveness, and reliable turnaround time.
•Drive supplier performance reviews and price negotiations to improve cost, quality, delivery, and support.
•Analyze parts usage (ROP/ROL), execute cost reduction initiatives, reconcile invoice discrepancies, and take action on open purchase orders.

Key Requirements

•Have a degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
•At least 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•Experience managing monthly/quarterly materials forecasts tied to engine inductions to develop sourcing/mitigation strategies for parts.
•Experience in Aerospace or Defense industries (added advantage).
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, PowerBI).
