Partner with Sales and Success as a technical solutions expert to win net-new customers and expand enterprise accounts. Deliver technical presentations, build and manage proof-of-value projects, and create custom reports and dynamic dashboards. Support RFPs, keep demos and feature releases up to date, and provide enterprise deal assistance across the Pacific Northwest—requiring periodic in-person collaboration in the Seattle market.

•Deliver technical presentations with product and integration explanations for prospective and current clients.
•Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific proof of value (PoV) projects.
•Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for prospective clients’ management teams.
•Assist with functional and technical elements of RFPs.
•Stay current on new product feature releases and maintain updated demo spaces for sales; support customers across the Pacific Northwest.

Salary: USD 175,000 - 225,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms, including autonomous agents, multi-step decisioning, and cross-app integrations for enterprise productivity.
•6+ years in a customer-facing technology role, ideally pre-sales (or equivalent consulting/implementation/sales enablement).
•At least 2+ years of success working with commercial or enterprise clients.
•Hands-on experience with AI and LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
•Understanding of cloud transformation application deployment processes, including change management and organizational adoption.
