Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end performance of assigned markets or order types against key KPIs and monitor market/order health to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • •Define, test, and optimize pricing levers based on local dynamics, evaluating pricing impact on rider behavior, supply engagement, and marketplace balance.
  • •Analyze supply-demand dynamics to maintain a healthy marketplace and recommend actions to improve availability, utilization, and service reliability.
  • •Use data and dashboards to track performance, diagnose issues, and support decision-making, partnering with Finance and Analytics on investment analysis and reviews.
  • •Act as a cross-functional interface between Operations, Product, Analytics, Finance, and Regional teams to align stakeholders and drive initiatives from definition to post-implementation review.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in operations, revenue management, strategy, analytics, or consulting, with marketplace or mobility experience as a strong plus.
  • •Strong analytical skills with experience working with large datasets to drive business decisions.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) required; Python is a plus.
  • •Solid understanding of unit economics, pricing mechanics, and marketplace dynamics.
  • •Comfortable owning ambiguous problem spaces and driving decisions in a fast-paced environment.
