Key Responsibilities

  • •Read and interpret piping isometric drawings, P&IDs, GA drawings, and construction specifications.
  • •Measure, cut, bevel, align, fit up, and assemble pipes, fittings, valves, flanges, and supports per project requirements.
  • •Prepare pipe spools for welding and ensure alignment and dimensional accuracy.
  • •Install carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, and other piping systems; perform fit-up for butt weld, socket weld, threaded, and flanged connections.
  • •Conduct visual inspections, assist with hydrotesting/flushing/pneumatic testing/commissioning, report issues, and follow HSE/permit-to-work and site safety procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Pipe Fitter in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • •ITI / relevant educational background.
  • •Familiarity with ASME, ANSI, API, and project-specific piping standards.
  • •Knowledge of piping materials, fittings, valves, and fabrication techniques.
  • •Strong knowledge of piping installation practices.
