Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications and ensure timely restoration and SLA adherence.
  • •Perform application monitoring and maintenance including health checks, patch validation, upgrades, and interface/batch job oversight.
  • •Support controlled change and release processes by assessing impacts, validating changes, and planning rollbacks.
  • •Coordinate with business, IT, and third-party vendors for escalations, enhancements, and issue resolution.
  • •Maintain runbooks/knowledge articles and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and data privacy requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Troubleshoot and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications while performing root-cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • •Monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; conduct maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
  • •Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) through controlled release processes including impact analysis and rollback planning.
  • •Act as liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors for issue resolution, enhancements, and escalations in regulated healthcare workflows.
  • •Understand women’s health and newborns domain workflows (e.g., OB/GYN, fetal monitoring, NICU care pathways) and support related system and DICOM/structured reporting workflows.
