Key Responsibilities

•Set and communicate a compelling design vision and strategy rooted in design thinking, empathy, prototyping, and testing.
•Lead and mentor a global, multidisciplinary design team to deliver high-quality enterprise products.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs across the product lifecycle and ensure inclusive, accessible experiences.
•Develop modular design systems and patterns to enable long-term platform cohesion across Informatica and Salesforce ecosystem.
•Represent the voice of the customer in leadership discussions, drive initiatives to improve the end-to-end customer journey, and measure impact through design-led metrics.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 257,500 - 451,700 annually
