Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate short-, medium-, and long-range maintenance and project planning activities and support outage planning, preparation, scheduling, and execution.
  • •Review daily corrective work orders and establish priorities based on safety, operational, and commercial impact.
  • •Serve as primary maintenance and operations point of contact and align Plant Maintenance, Plant Operations, and Project teams on major plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • •Manage CMMS/maintenance system work: assist with work orders, preventative maintenance tasks and frequency, equipment list/history, audits, training, and document library updates.
  • •Perform procurement and vendor coordination in support of maintenance needs: complete purchase requisitions, obtain quotes/estimates, review specs/scope/pricing, coordinate deliveries and work dates, and expedite start dates.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 3 years in control room operations in lieu of education; or a Bachelor’s or two-year technical degree in engineering or physical sciences (preferred).
  • •2-5 years of experience in a maintenance/operations role, preferably in the power generation industry.
  • •Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • •Strong PC skills, specifically Word, Excel, Project and CMMS (Maximo is a plus).
  • •Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
