Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee vehicle check-in, inspection, and digital imaging; ensure accurate and timely data entry into AS400, including condition, features, announcements, and images.
  • •Direct written condition reports and inspections, perform quality audits aligned with Manheim QA and NAAA standards, and address arbitration trends and customer escalations.
  • •Supervise lot operations—staging, vehicle flow, numbering, lot organization—and coordinate movement of vehicles from check-in to correct lot locations and sale lanes.
  • •Maintain and inspect inspection and lot equipment, monitor lot damage, and collaborate on corrective actions with operations leadership and partner departments.
  • •Recruit, select, train, and develop team members; plan staffing based on auction volume and performance against KPIs, and ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination including Bachelor’s degree + 3 years’ experience; Master’s + 1 year; or Ph.D. + up to 1 year.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams and departments.
  • •Strong Excel skills with ability to analyze data and metrics.
  • •Preferred experience in arbitration, inspections, or NAAA standards.
  • •Preferred experience in the automotive or auction industry.
