Job Summary

Lead the design and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) engineering services for complex building projects across the SEA region. Manage projects end-to-end from feasibility and concept through detailed design and construction support, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and review of design deliverables, while overseeing quality, programme, commercial performance, and compliance with local codes and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design and delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) engineering services for complex building projects.
•Manage projects across the full lifecycle from feasibility and concept design through detailed design and construction support.
•Lead and coordinate project teams with internal multidisciplinary groups, clients, contractors, and external stakeholders.
•Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers within the team.
•Prepare and review design reports, technical specifications, tender documentation, engineering calculations, and ensure quality and compliance.

•Associate Director candidates should have experience in team management, client engagement, and business development.
