Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary point of contact for local music partners in France, ensuring Spotify remains a valued partner for artists and industry stakeholders.
  • •Support and educate key partners across artists and labels communities in France on Spotify tools, resources, and insights to improve their daily business.
  • •Contribute to music-related projects by executing creative and cross-functional collaborations to build impactful artist partnerships and improve artist-fan engagement.
  • •Proactively identify music trends, emerging talent, and opportunities in the local and global music landscape, providing cultural and musical insights with local teams to execute initiatives and campaigns.
  • •Represent artists and label partnerships in high-impact cross-functional projects, ensure strong content offering in France, and act as a liaison between Spotify and artist/label partners.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience with label and artist relations in a digital music service, record label, media, or tech company.
  • •Deep understanding and an established network in the local music industry in France, with proven contacts among labels and artists.
