Build and manage university and program partnerships that distribute Clasp opportunities to students. Drive high-volume outbound outreach and one-on-one calls to secure new distribution partnerships, while nurturing existing relationships to meet weekly and quarterly targets. Plan partner communications, execute campus visits and career fairs, and maintain accurate CRM records. Partner with Marketing to develop co-branded assets and support conversion-driving messaging.

•Conduct one-on-one calls with school administrators, program directors, and career services contacts per week.
•Execute daily outbound outreach to schools and programs to build new distribution partnerships and source new applicants.
•Create plans with schools to share Clasp opportunities with students and follow through to confirmed distribution.
•Execute campus visits, career fairs, and virtual lunch & learns; manage a pipeline of partner institutions.
•Maintain accurate records in CRM of school and student interactions, commitment status, and distribution evidence.
