Generate and maintain project cost estimates for EPC/EPCM engineering and construction work across design, construction, commissioning, and start-up phases. Coordinate with other teams to identify deviations, report project status, and keep performance indicators updated. Build CAPEX and investment cost estimates using AACE class levels, prepare control budgets, analyze unit prices and economic offers, and maintain historical cost databases for process improvement.
