Key Responsibilities

  • •Listen for opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide customized financial wellness recommendations to clients.
  • •Attract new clients and deepen relationships by managing centers of influence and partnering with branch and line-of-business teammates.
  • •Consistently achieve individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures; support branch operations by assisting with teller transactions as needed.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience is more important than financial services experience).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Comfort interacting with small business clients, overcoming objection, and asking fact-finding questions to be helpful.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel).
