Assistant Manager Demand Planning

Own end-to-end demand planning and replenishment for tMart stores and warehouses in Egypt. Forecast supply demand, create purchase orders for stores and DC, and ensure accurate inventory and purchase-forecast reporting. Lead a team of demand planners managing Back Office data, optimize aging stock and holding stock value, and drive initiatives that protect supplier service levels and store availability. Coordinate stakeholders and guide store supervisors/admins while managing the transition to 3PL.
