Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn concepts in risk management, enterprise programs, and services to prepare for an assignment in a line of business.
  • •Develop analytical/decision-making, effective communication, and leadership skills during training and rotations.
  • •Complete special projects or assignments outside the formal training program as assigned.
  • •Participate in business rotations, working on projects and business-as-usual activities to demonstrate results aligned with rotational leads’ expectations.
  • •Embrace and model the company’s Purpose, Mission and Values and complete additional recommended training during or after the program.

Key Requirements

  • •Working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (business-related concentrations; accounting/finance coursework desired).

  • •Strong initiative and demonstrated leadership through on-campus involvement and/or work experience.
