•Engage with the community in a way that’s fun, thoughtful and real
•Track what works, spot trends, and know when the numbers are telling the story and when they're not

•Experience building and managing a content calendar
•Strong skills in engaging with online communities in a thoughtful and authentic way
•Ability to track performance, identify trends, and translate data into action
