Lead the UX effort for Netflix’s first-party games studio, shaping and executing a strategic UX vision for player-facing experiences. Guide your team through the full UX process to improve game usability, enjoyment, accessibility, and communication structure. Serve as the studio’s accessibility expert by leading best practices, workshops, and inclusive design standards, and use scientific UX research, Design Thinking, and prototypes to drive data-informed improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Guide the team through all steps of the UX process to holistically improve the game experience.
•Design accessible, usable, and enjoyable UX for a broad, casual audience, defining game communication, structure, and content strategy.
•Champion accessibility as the studio expert by leading best practices, facilitating workshops, and ensuring guidelines are current and implemented.
•Manage, mentor, and support team members to foster growth in UX and accessibility.
•Apply scientific methods and Design Thinking to UX research, testing, and feature development for data-driven decisions.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience designing UX for both web and app platforms, taking features from concept through implementation.
•Expertise in accessibility and inclusive design, including running accessibility tests and leading workshops.
•Strong foundation in scientific UX research methods, including hypothesis testing, experimental design, and data analysis.
•Ability to design game architecture, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes in Figma.
•Experience with user research tools (e.g., PlaytestCloud) and basic Unity skills.
