Act as the main point of contact for top vendors, troubleshoot problems, and build loyalty between foodpanda and restaurant owners. Support revenue growth by renegotiating commission/exclusivity, coordinating vendor deals and promotions, and reducing high vendor fail rates by identifying root causes. Collaborate cross-functionally to improve performance, participate in offline events, provide operational/admin support, and assist the City Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
