Key Responsibilities

  • •Adhere strictly to hotel rules and regulations, including fire and safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP).
  • •Drive sales to the outlet’s full potential while ensuring the budget is met.
  • •Maintain a high quality of product and service within the outlet.
  • •Develop the outlet entrepreneurially by identifying opportunities to generate more business.
