Job Summary

Own end-to-end onboarding for new hires by serving as the primary onboarding point of contact, delivering virtual and in-person training, and managing onboarding projects across teams. Develop and administer onboarding learning assets and maintain content in Workday Learning and Notion. Use internal data and external research to improve the onboarding experience, while coordinating logistics and communicating program updates. Travel occasionally to support onsite onboarding events.

•Deliver virtual and in-person training events to new hires within their first 90 days.
•Lead onboarding projects from start to finish and partner cross-functionally to ensure deliverables and execution are seamless.
•Support development and delivery of learning assets (slide decks, eLearning modules, job aids) and administer onboarding content and tasks in Workday Learning.
•Manage onboarding logistics (calendaring, communications, tracking deliverables, new hire swag), maintain onboarding documentation in Notion, and optimize the program using internal data and external research.

Travel: Low travel
