Head of Operations, Air Dominance & Strike

Own the operational engine for an Air Dominance & Strike business line, partnering closely with the General Manager and functional leaders. Drive end-to-end business operations and infrastructure—from governance, planning, and onboarding to demand translation across staffing, facilities, test ranges, and production. Monitor financials to support profitability targets, execute special projects, evolve internal processes, and help stand up new functions while leading M&A efforts as needed.
