Key Responsibilities

  • •Own all aspects of business line business operations and infrastructure, ensuring teams have what they need to execute.
  • •Serve as the General Manager’s chief strategist to balance resource and execution risk against growth plans while monitoring financials toward profitability targets.
  • •Translate growth signals into demand across operational infrastructure (staffing, real estate, test ranges, classified infrastructure, and production) with cross-functional partners.
  • •Own governance structures (business reviews, annual planning, employee onboarding, all-hands) and develop information pathways as the organization scales.
  • •Collaborate with division leadership to evolve organizational structure, define hiring/onboarding/execution standards, and execute special projects including stand up of new functions and M&A as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance.
  • •Experience building flexible operational infrastructure at a high-growth company and knowing when to tear down and rebuild.
  • •Proven ability to evolve organizations, coach senior leaders, and make hard talent calls.
  • •Experience scaling hardware production through fielding, including rigorous metrics monitoring, problem identification, and resolution.
  • •Deep financial acumen, including unit economics, manufacturing finance, and P&L management.
