Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain Kubernetes platforms, including cluster operations, add-ons, curated Helm charts, and deployment standards.
  • •Develop reusable infrastructure modules/templates using Terraform or Ansible and migrate workloads from VMs to containers.
  • •Implement declarative, API-driven infrastructure patterns aligned with GitOps workflows.
  • •Automate provisioning and platform lifecycle tasks, leveraging observability tools to improve monitoring and incident response.
  • •Design and implement GitOps workflows (e.g., ArgoCD/RHACM), integrate with CI/CD, and mentor junior engineers while partnering across platform, security, networking, and application teams.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps, with experience equivalent via education/training/military.
  • •2+ years hands-on Kubernetes experience including cluster operations, deployment tooling, and troubleshooting.
  • •3+ years experience with IaC tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Tekton.
  • •3+ years working with GitOps principles and tools including ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and RHACM.
