Key Responsibilities

•Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns tailored for the Enterprise segment to drive demo requests and high-quality conversions.
•Develop ABX campaigns focused on high-value enterprise prospects and tailor messaging for multiple personas across technical users, team leaders, and economic buyers.
•Collaborate with Sales, Partnerships, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to improve lead routing, conversion at handoffs, and drive holistic pipeline generation.
•Define and track success metrics (demo requests, MQLs, pipeline conversions, cost per qualified opportunity, channel performance) and surface insights to optimize growth levers.
•Maintain a feedback loop across Marketing, Sales, and Product to refine execution and launch growth experiments with measurable outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with 3+ years specifically in Demand Generation or Growth Marketing focused on new business acquisition.

•Proven track record of aligning marketing and sales to drive measurable business outcomes.
•Fluent in foundational GTM platforms (e.g., SFDC, HubSpot, 6sense) as well as AI-driven approaches.
•Strong analytical mindset, with experience in measuring, reporting, and optimizing performance based on key revenue metrics.
