Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for product design and delivery of the company’s TradFi clearing and settlement platform.
  • •Lead the product roadmap and execution, focusing on backend capabilities.
  • •Design full lifecycle management including trade reconciliation, non-trade reconciliation, anomaly detection, error handling, and settlement.
  • •Define and monitor system and business metrics (e.g., false positive rate, processing time, reliability) and drive continuous optimization via data and experimentation.
  • •Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to design robust settlement/reconciliation/fund-flow systems and integrate/investigate issues.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of product management experience, preferably in clearing & settlement, fintech, or platform/infrastructure products.
  • •Deep understanding of settlement, reconciliation, ledger systems, or fund flow design.
  • •Familiarity with backend system design and APIs; comfortable working closely with engineering teams on system architecture.
  • •Data-driven and analytical mindset, using metrics to guide product decisions.
  • •Bilingual English/Mandarin required to coordinate with external partners and stakeholders; accountancy/finance background is an advantage.
