Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all phases of facility construction, including warehouse-to-manufacturing conversions and greenfield environments, managing scope, schedule, and budget across a portfolio of capital projects.
  • •Oversee the buildout of critical facility infrastructure including high-capacity electrical distribution, mechanical/HVAC systems, and industrial automation.
  • •Lead the transition from construction completion to manufacturing readiness, coordinating equipment installation, testing, and commissioning of high-speed production lines.
  • •Partner with operations and engineering teams to ensure facility designs support high-throughput assembly of data center hardware.
  • •Manage contractor agreements and serve as the primary point of contact for contractors and vendors, ensuring safety protocols and quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering degrees preferred).
  • •5–10+ years of project management experience delivering complex capital projects on time and on budget.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing industrial facility construction, including electrical, mechanical/HVAC, and automation systems.
  • •Mastery of planning, scheduling (CPM), budgeting, cost control, risk management, and resource allocation.
  • •Experience managing direct contractor relationships and working through a CM/GC structure; safety-sensitive environment experience.
