Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and understand complex financial models and perform complex financial analysis with minimal oversight.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree/certification (e.g., CFA) preferred but not required.
  • •5–7 years of relevant investment banking M&A experience with prior Associate-level responsibilities (ideally including Environmental Services).
  • •Proven project leadership across multiple concurrent transactions with tight deadlines and ability to manage across senior bankers and external advisors.
  • •Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 79, and Series 63 licenses (or ability to maintain/obtain within company policy).
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
