Key Responsibilities

  • •Support legal leaders in customer and prospect engagement by preparing customer intelligence, briefing documents, communications, and technical talking points for peer-to-peer conversations.
  • •Serve as the expert on the Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform and curate messaging and content for customers and prospects.
  • •Partner with Marketing to develop tailored messaging for the legal persona and translate product capabilities into compelling value propositions.
  • •Draft enablement materials, collateral, and case studies to empower the sales organization to sell the IAM legal tech suite.
  • •Operate the outreach program by building, optimizing, and maintaining workflows and processes; lead industry conference/executive roundtable strategy and analyze event performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS), with no J.D. required.
  • •5+ years of related experience in operations, legal operations, or program management.
  • •Experience with legal technology and modern legal operations tools/workflow pain points in corporate legal departments.
  • •Experience building and deploying digital agents or advanced automated workflows.
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical and legal concepts to legal and commercial audiences and collaborate across teams.
