Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently, following company policy and regulations
  • •Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, including sampling, opening hatches, and connecting hoses as needed
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy/light duty machinery; control and monitor load-out functions
  • •Operate automated scale/dump systems and perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance and equipment inspections
  • •Maintain safe, clean work areas, perform grounds maintenance (including snow removal), and promptly report customer, repair/maintenance, or safety concerns
