Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and motivate the department team to meet and exceed sales targets through regular meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
  • •Manage store operations during key times, including openings, closings, cash counting, cash reconciliation, and accurate store financial records.
  • •Ensure exceptional service on the sales floor by assisting customers, resolving issues promptly, and modeling best practices in upselling and recommendations.
  • •Oversee stock management by maintaining accurate stock levels, replenishment, inventory transfers, gap scanning, and cyclic counts to minimize loss and improve turnover.
  • •Implement and uphold SOPs and compliance across customer touchpoints, including Trading Safety and health & safety, and partner with Visual Merchandising to optimize displays and placements.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role, ideally with exposure to Clothing, Food, or Cafe operations.
  • •Excellent leadership and team motivation skills, with the ability to engage staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • •Knowledge of stock management, including inventory transfers, replenishment apps, and cyclic counts.
  • •Knowledge of SOPs and legal compliance in retail, including Trading Safety, health & safety, and customer touchpoints.
  • •Ability to handle store openings, closings, and cash counting accurately and compliantly.
