Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the B2B debt recovery framework by conducting deep-dive debt analyses and executing custom action plans with Commercial and Legal teams to minimize bad-debt write-offs.
  • •Lead Direct Debit collection strategy across markets by tracking merchant adoption, analyzing root causes of payment rejections, and driving fixes to lower failure rates.
  • •Modernize daily FinOps operations by developing custom financial models/trackers, documenting SOPs, and defining Product & Tech requirements to automate manual workflows.
  • •Act as the trusted point of contact for complex partner billing escalations, translating billing issues into clear resolutions alongside Account Managers and external partners.
  • •Monitor, report, and resolve financial data discrepancies, collaborating with Financial Systems, GBS, and Data teams to fix billing bugs at their source.

Key Requirements
