Key Responsibilities

  • •Triage and diagnose user issues that cannot be resolved on the service desk.
  • •Mentor Tier I personnel during problem analysis to improve resolution efficiency and service desk knowledge.
  • •Assemble and install servers and other equipment within the data center.
  • •Execute tasks to accomplish approved application and/or infrastructure change controls.
