Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and advise managing and delivering town planning functions and responsibilities for projects and programs.
  • •Develop, implement, and monitor best management practices for planning commitments, identifying risks and recommending mitigations.
  • •Produce and manage schedules across design, procurement, construction, and completion to ensure compliance with planning procedures and contractual requirements.
  • •Evaluate project progress using status reports to assess performance and provide accurate forecasts; coordinate updates with planning teams.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in line with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
  • •2+ years GCC experience is a plus.
  • •Knowledge of principles of planning and project management, including planning practices for construction.
  • •Familiarity with construction law, change management, and progress/schedule forecasting.
  • •ERP knowledge, preferably SAP functional skills; experience with planning/scheduling software such as Advanced Primavera6.
