Process Integration III Senior (E3S)

Own front-end transistor integration and process flow for advanced semiconductor products. Execute electrical characterizations, mask design, and complex process engineering experiments, generating documentation and engineering specifications. Plan and deliver process engineering projects within safety guidelines, develop and validate analytical methods, and train engineers on measurement and troubleshooting. Collaborate with customers to resolve complex integration issues and identify/select vendors to support technology implementation.
