Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, and optimize scalable warehousing, line-side material delivery, kitting workflows, and inventory movement across programs from development to full-rate production.
  • •Proactively identify and eliminate imbalances and bottlenecks caused by inventory processes, line layouts, parts shortages, and operational constraints in partnership with Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
  • •Own production metrics data systems, dashboards, and reporting for line health and efficiency including cycle times, throughput, capacity utilization, non-conformities, and inventory accuracy.
  • •Perform time studies, value stream mapping (VSM), process mapping, and line balancing to optimize dynamic workplans and work demand for new and maturing facilities.
  • •Model production and material flow scenarios using discrete event simulation and layout modeling tools, and champion continuous Lean improvements on the factory floor.

Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Mechanical Engineering, or related field, with progressive experience in a high-rate supply chain or manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to read technical drawings and CAD data, with understanding of manufacturing processes for complex structural, mechanical, electromechanical, or electronics assemblies (PCBAs, sensor hardware).
  • •Hands-on data and systems experience using SQL and building custom queries, plus familiarity with MES, WMS, or ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite or Oracle).
  • •Exposure to discrete event simulation or stochastic line modeling (e.g., Siemens Plant Simulation, Visual Components, Process Simulate).
  • •Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of operational challenges and ability to present data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams.
