Job Summary

Lead the Agent Hub & Catalogue capability within WPP Open, an AI-powered marketing platform. Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for how users browse, search, evaluate, and launch AI agents. Curate top-performing agents and establish quality, trust, and certification frameworks with built-in governance and compliance. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Architecture to explore emerging AI and scale AI adoption across WPP.

Key Responsibilities

•Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Agent Hub & Catalogue.
•Shape how users browse, search, evaluate, and launch AI agents using research and feedback.
•Define success metrics and use insights to guide product decisions.
•Identify and elevate valuable AI agents and define quality, trust, and certification frameworks.
•Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Architecture teams to deliver outcomes and scale AI adoption.

Key Requirements

•Experience building products in AI, platform, discovery, marketplace, or developer tooling environments.
•Strong understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI-powered user experiences.
•Curiosity about how AI agents are created, discovered, and adopted.
•Experience using data, experimentation, and customer insight to shape product decisions.
•Confidence partnering with technical teams to solve complex problems.
