Job Summary

Own material strategy execution for the JSOW program within a matrixed organization. Partner with PMO leadership to coordinate risk mitigation and opportunity capture with Procurement, drive on-time supplier deliveries, and develop material EACs and monthly forecasting. Lead project, budgeting, and financial management activities while resolving issues and conflicts. Build manufacturing and material requirements planning (MRP) business acumen and pursue MPM certification after gaining role experience.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with PMO leadership on material strategy execution for the program or integrated product team.
•Coordinate risk mitigation and opportunity capture plans with Procurement.
•Drive on-time deliveries from suppliers to meet program commitments.
•Develop and drive material EACs and monthly material forecasting.
•Lead projects, including budgeting and financial management, and support issue and conflict resolution.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a university degree (or equivalent experience) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 3 years of experience.
•Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP).
•Progressive professional experience across project, program, product, finance, or supplier management.
•Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills to influence across multiple areas and external parties.
•Ability to work in an IPT environment and manage objectives in a high-stress, fast-paced development environment.
