Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide product management support for assigned products, capabilities, and strategic initiatives within NextGear Capital.
  • •Translate stakeholder and customer feedback into opportunities, define priorities, and align product investments with organizational objectives.
  • •Define and maintain requirements and a well-groomed product backlog at the epic and feature level.
  • •Partner across product, engineering, operations, and business to deliver capabilities that improve operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • •Use AI and data (product KPIs, user engagement, operational metrics) to accelerate discovery and experimentation and identify continuous improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field (or a master’s degree with up to 2 years’ experience; or up to 14 years’ related experience).

  • •Experience collaborating with business stakeholders and technology teams to drive alignment and support successful execution of product initiatives.
