Key Responsibilities

  • •Schedule vehicles for servicing, lubrication, and repairs based on last service date, mileage, hours, and repair urgency.
  • •Compile and send service schedules and service lists to the appropriate agencies, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with GCSS-Army servicing requirements.
  • •Follow up with customers if equipment becomes delinquent via email, and on the third attempt CC Government QA personnel and your supervisor/manager.
  • •Coordinate with the maintenance team to verify facility availability, notify agencies to deliver specified vehicles, and maintain request files for services.
  • •Compile daily/weekly/monthly reports, maintain continuity documentation, and be prepared for audits/inspections at all times.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Valid driver’s license.
  • •Strong customer service/relations skills with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • •Ability to follow oral and written directions.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and required GCSS-Army certifications (Equipment Parts Specialist and Maintenance Supervisor).
