Key Responsibilities

•Draft engagement designs and define objectives, scope, deliverables, approach, dependencies, and roles using client and internal input.
•Oversee project setup including contracting documentation, stakeholder engagement, workplans, interview guides, client data requirements, and vendor statements of work.
•Develop fact bases via client interviews and analysis of client documentation or processes.
•Analyze Visa and client data to benchmark performance vs. industry averages and identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
•Support implementation of recommendations and initiatives using project management and problem-solving frameworks.

Key Requirements

•Full professional Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
•At least 10 years of experience with a track record in strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
•Ability to independently identify key issues, develop hypotheses, and verify through analysis and stakeholder engagement.
•Good business acumen with strong ability to solve business problems using data-driven quantitative methodologies.
•Proven experience translating analytics into actionable recommendations and presenting to stakeholders across audience levels.
