Senior Design Manager

Lead the multidisciplinary design development of large-scale real estate projects, ensuring architectural and engineering alignment with organizational goals, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Manage design consultants and coordinate inputs across architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and sustainability disciplines. Review deliverables for functionality, buildability, and compliance, support value engineering and cost efficiency, and oversee design programs and budgets while fostering design innovation and sustainability.
