Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure APM solutions per design and deliver with quality and on-time performance.
  • •Execute project work following agreed design documents (FDS, DDS), test procedures, and training manuals.
  • •Participate in customer meetings (KOM, design workshops, trainings, testing) and follow agreed action items.
  • •Build performance/analytical models for equipment and process scenarios, and develop KPI dashboards.
  • •Support APM implementation including quality checks, gap identification, and integrations using OPC, OLEDB, ODBC, and web services.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years’ experience implementing APM solutions for refining, petrochemical, mining, power, or other chemical industries.
  • •Excellent understanding of unit operations and processes used in chemical process industries.
  • •Proficiency identifying irregularities using anomaly detection techniques and building data preprocessing tools.
  • •Ability to create KPI dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
  • •Working knowledge of APM modules (e.g., RCM, FMEA, RCA) and implementation of APM solutions.
